Shipping
We charge a flat ground rate for shipping and handling of $7.95 per order for any address within the CONTINENTAL USA for orders less than $49.99 and offer free shipping if you order $50.00 or more in supplies.
American Toner Recycling delivers your order via FedEx ground 1-5 days nationwide. The closer you are to California the faster you get your package. Your package will be insured against damage and loss at no additional cost to you so you can order with peace of mind. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. If you need date specific or express delivery please call or e-mail us, an additional shipping fee may apply. On most items, we ship on the same business day if we receive your order before 2:00 P.M. (PST). However, our normal order processing time is 1-3 business days. Any orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on a holiday will be processed on the next available business day (Monday through Friday).
Warranties:
Toner / Ink cartridges – Are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If you ever experience a defective or unsatisfactory product, we will replace it or refund the full purchase price. We also guarantee that, under normal use and subject to the conditions stated below, our remanufactured and compatible cartridges, toner, drum, ink, ribbon, and thermal transfer ribbon will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any Printer, Fax, or Copier providing the equipment is operated within manufacturer's specifications. In the unlikely event that a defective product causes your Printer, Fax or Copier to fail, whether within the manufacturer's warranty period or after, we will perform the necessary service and repair free of charge. To obtain service please call 661-589-7896 or 866-378-6435. Our liability under this warranty shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, or implied including warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Printer / Copier / Fax Machine – New O.E.M. units are warranted by that manufacturer and have to be taken to an Authorized Service Center. All Refurbished units are warranted by that manufacturer.

All Returns are subject to approval and to a 15% restocking fee.
OEM Products: All OEM Products returned unopened within 90 Days from date of purchase will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Remanufactured Products: If a product did not perform to your satisfaction you can return the unused portion of the Product for replacement within 90 days of purchase.
Compatible Toner / Ink Cartridges – We will gladly give you a full refund on unopened compatible toner and/or ink cartridges purchased up to 10 days ago.
A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained before any products can be return. Call 661-589-7896 or 866-378-6435 for RA Number and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a RA Number.
Printer / Copier / Fax Machines – Any in stock unit may be returned up to 7 days after receipt of product, provided that all boxes, manuals, software or accessories are included. Items with missing boxes, manuals, software or accessories will be exchanged only, when the components are returned, and/or will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items without intact UPC Barcodes are not returnable. All Special Order units are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All Special Order parts are not returnable or refundable.
Labor: Not refundable.
